CANCELLATION POLICY CHINCHORRO TRAVEL SA DE CV

MODIFY YOUR RESERVATION

You can change your activity at the discretion of CHINCHORRO TRAVEL S.A. de C.V (Go Divers), subject to weather and availability, 48 hours in advance with a charge of $25USD.

CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

If the client does not show up or cancels less than 72 hours before the course, diving or snorkeling tour; or arrives after starting, or leaves before finishing, no refund will be made, unless there is prior agreement between CHINCHORRO TRAVEL S.A. de C.V (Go Divers) and the Client that only part of the Course Tour, Diving or Snorkeling will be returned. be realized. If the client cancels his activity, the deposit is not transferable to any other person.

For cancellations due to illness or medical conditions that deprive the client of carrying out the activity, a written medical certificate will be required prior to the start of the activity that includes the name of the client. In this case we will do our best to reschedule at no additional cost. If it is not possible to reschedule, the client will receive a full refund of the activity that did not take place.

CHINCHORRO TRAVEL S.A. de C.V (Go Divers) advises you to obtain trip cancellation insurance with your local insurer for these cases, so you will be reimbursed for any medical conditions.

If a client cancels their course, the refund will not include the E-learning or the manuals.

Cancellations with more than 30 days before the start of the course or excursion.

100% refund discounting payment expenses.*

Cancellations 30 to 10 days before the start of the course or excursion.

50% of your registration will be charged.

Cancellations 10 days before the start of the course or excursion will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY

All our activities depend a lot on the weather and CHINCHORRO TRAVEL S.A. de C.V (Go Divers) reserves the right in any circumstance to cancel the tour. In the event that CHINCHORRO TRAVEL S.A. C.V (Go Divers) cannot provide the booked tour, we will return the deposits paid to the customer or CHINCHORRO TRAVEL S.A. de C.V (Go Divers) will offer the client an alternative tour. If the alternative tour is rejected by the client, CHINCHORRO TRAVEL S.A. de C.V (Go Divers) reserves the right to deduct administrative costs resulting from such transactions.

Itinerary changes

Although we strive to comply with the itinerary and the diving schedule, CHINCHORRO TRAVEL S.A. de C.V (Go Divers) reserves the right to modify the diving schedule and itineraries at any time if the client requires it or if it is necessary due to weather conditions.

CHINCHORRO TRAVEL S.A. de C.V (Go Divers) will not be responsible for any compensation to the client if CHINCHORRO TRAVEL S.A. CV (Go Divers) is forced to cancel or change tours due to force majeure such as war, riots, coups, demonstrations, terrorists. activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion or any situation beyond the control of CHINCHORRO TRAVEL SA de C.V (Go Divers).

AUTHORITY ON THE TOUR / EXCLUSIONS FROM THE TOUR

All divers must present their diving accreditation before starting their activity. If you cannot prove your certification as a certified diver, you will be considered as a beginner diver with the consequent application of the corresponding fee or you will be removed from the activity by the Go Divers staff.

The decision of the Divemaster/Instructor employed by CHINCHORRO TRAVEL S.A. C.V (Go Divers) will be final in any circumstance that could put the safety of the group at risk. CHINCHORRO TRAVEL S.A. C.V (Go Divers) will not be responsible for any client who commits an illegal or illicit act of any kind. The client can be excluded from the tour/course without reimbursement of his tour/course, if CHINCHORRO TRAVEL S.A. de C.V (Go Divers) considers that the client is not suitable to carry out the tour / course, he may at his absolute discretion cancel his reservation or refuse to continue later with the client if this causes danger, inconvenience or inconvenience to other clients. If clients are under the influence of alcohol/drugs before the activity, the tour will be canceled without refund.

No refund will be made if you find that the dive is not for you or if the instructor recommends that you return when your swimming skills have improved or your confidence in the water is greater.

GENERAL POLICIES OF CHINCHORRO TRAVEL SA DE CV (Go Divers)

Cancellations by CHINCHORRO TRAVEL S.A. of C.V (Go Divers) for any reason will be 100% refundable.*

Cancellations due to illness during the course or excursion will not be refundable. Our team will reschedule the remaining modules for another day or another course.

* A 7.5% charge applies.

Wire transfer refunds can be made up to 45 days after the transaction date.
